It was inaugurated on 19 September 2011 by Sergio Marchionne, Chairman of Fiat Industrial, in the presence of John Elkann, Chairman of Fiat SpA, the Mayor of Turin Piero Fassino and the Under-secretary of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, Bartolomeo Giachino.
