On Wednesday 9 October we had the honor of having with us one of the greatest figures of the history of Italian pastry-making, the Maestro Iginio Massari.
We want to thank him for revealing secrets, trends, and techniques of modern confectionery and thank you all who took part in this great event. We are looking forward to seeing you at the Industrial Village for all the next initiatives!
