On-site Inspections
We are always happy to welcome our guests for a site inspection, so we can plan every detail of your event together, from the initial tour to the final quote.
Facilities and Safety
To make the management of each event even more efficient, we offer a range of excellent services to complement our organizational offering.
We always provide our setup and technical service teams (audio-visual, lighting), a welcome desk, and hostess/steward staff. If needed, we can also arrange security, ambulance and fire brigade services.
We also offer a cloakroom service and two parking areas: one with 150 free spaces and another with 50 paid spaces, both with dedicated staff.
Lounge area and Wi-Fi zone
Our lounge area, complete with cozy sofas and charging stations, is available for your free. Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere.
